How does the process work?
Message us on WhatsApp with your return details and photos.
We'll confirm your return, take payment and book your collection.
We collect your item, return it for you and send your tracking.
You then receive your refund directly from the retailer, in line with their return policy.
What do I need to provide for a return?
You must have your order number or proof of purchase.
You'll also need to send photos of the item before collection.
Without valid order details, we cannot process your return.
How quickly do you reply?
We usually reply within minutes during working hours.
Is my parcel tracked?
Yes - all returns are sent with tracking.
What if my item is damaged, worn or faulty?
If your item does not meet the store's return conditions, it may be rejected.
We are not responsible for rejected items.
When do I need to pay?
Payment is required before booking an available pick up slot.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payments via Apple Pay, Visa and PayPal.
What are QR code returns?
Some retailers provide QR codes instead of shipping labels. Simply send us your QR code and handle the drop-off for you.
Do I need to print anything for QR code returns?
No. If your retailer provides a QR code, there's no printing required. Just send us the QR code after booking.
How fast is collection?
We offer same-day or next-day collection depending on availability.

You'll receive your tracking number shortly after your parcel has been shipped.
How long until my return is processed?
Standard returns are usually processed within 2 - 3 working days after collection.

Most returns are dropped off the same day as collection. However, please allow 2 - 3 working days for standard processing during busy periods.

What condition does my item need to be in?
Items must meet the store's return policy. This usually means unworn, undamaged and with tags (if applicable).
Can your return items with defects or damage?
We can return them, but acceptance is entirely up to the store.
We recommend only returning items that meet the store's policy.
What happens if my return is rejected?
If the store rejects you return, the item will be sent back to you.
We are not responsible for rejection decisions made by the retailer.
What happens after I pay?
Once payment is received, your collection slot is confirmed and scheduled.
